Our team can prepare on your behalf Planning Application or either Party Wall notice and submit it to Local authorities.
We will liaise then closely with planning Officer and regularly update you with all information regarding the process. As well if necessary we can enter into negotiation with Planning Department or Conservation Officer to ensure a positive outcome for you!
All our projects are regularly monitored through Building Control professionals to ensure compliance in all Building Regulations. If special Part Wall Surveyor involvement is requested our team will be happy to recommend one of our Chartered Surveyors and ensure that all requirements and documentation are full field.
If required we can work closely with other professional bodies in the trade, allowing our clients to simplify the coordination of the enterprise.
GB Basement & Refurbishment Ltd. Is fully insured by Public and Professional liability insurance. Additional other project specific insurance can be arranged.
